At Discount Pet Supplies we will happily deliver ANY item from our stock and after 15 years of service we can proudly boast never having let anyone down. Furthermore, we will try very hard to deliver at pretty much the arranged time. Depending on where you live, all we ask you to do is spend at least the minimum amount for free home delivery. This amount does vary but, for the majority of customers, this is only £10! Customers further afield will be asked to spend £20 or £30 depending on location.At present we deliver throughout the whole of Glasgow, East Kilbride, Strathaven, Hamilton, Coatbridge, Airdrie, Lenzie, Kirkintilloch, Bearsden, Milngavie, Clydebank, Erskine, Paisley, Barrhead, Neilston & Uplawmoor. If your area is not listed here, please phone and we will try to accomodate you.

Ordering free delivery could not be simpler. Call the shop anytime on 0141 633 3537 . During business hours the phone may be answered in one of two ways. Hopefully it will be answered by one of us directly or, if we are busy, a staff members voice will ask you to either leave your number or your order. If the phones are all busy a message will ask you to call back in a short while. Whenever possible we will call back unanswered calls using 1471. When we are closed we have a 24hr answering service. Just leave your order and name, address and phone number.

Paying for your delivery has become much more straight forward in recent years. Most customers now pay on order with a debit card, maestro or credit card. But, the driver is quite happy to take cash or cheque at your door if that suits you better. For security reasons we do not keep regular customers card details on file so we have to ask for them each time.

Many of our delivery customers are working when we deliver but the driver will be happy to put your order in any pre arranged location. Our vehicles are all equipped with bags to keep your purchases dry should they need to be left in an exposed location. If you have a secure entry system and are not at home when our driver arrives, he usually finds an obliging neighbour to let him in.The driver will also lift your delivery into your home if requested and place it where asked.
